Our story
How Voxenti was born
Voxenti started with a simple observation: the PI side of a medical practice was being run across spreadsheets, inboxes, billing systems, attorney conversations, and staff memory, with no single system built around how the work actually operates.
We first saw the problem in the way practices managed outstanding PI receivables — follow-ups were manual, case context was fragmented, and too much depended on individual staff members knowing what needed to happen next. But the deeper issue was broader than receivables alone: PI practices were missing a dedicated operating layer. So we built Voxenti to help providers organize operations, run recovery workflows more systematically, and grow the relationships that support future PI business.
